Construction of the former cultural center started in the 80’s but it has never been completed due to lack of financial resources. Briv Construction has developed a project to convert this building into multi-functional center with the various amenities: restaurants and shops, congress center, library, accommodation capacity, etc., which will complement the surrounding area in the best possible way.

Ownership status

Ownership of Kotor Municipality. A tender process for lease of the building for reconstruction, is currently ongoing.

Documentation status

A reconstruction project has been developed and it makes a part of the offer in the tender process.
